At Bali investment, customer satisfaction is a core business objective. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home décor products, and we aim to ensure that every order meets expectations. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include custom-made or personalized products, items purchased on final sale or clearance, and gift cards. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some home décor products such as fabrics, cushions, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable may also be excluded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you. This process ensures rapid resolution and quality control accountability.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@baliinvestment.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Processing times may vary based on banks or card issuers and are outside of our control.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product once the original item has been received and approved. Exchange availability is subject to stock.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, including items returned outside the allowed time window, items in unacceptable condition, or items not purchased directly from our store.
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect business, operational, or legal changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage customers to review this policy before making a purchase.
